Permanent Account Deletion

You may request the permanent deletion of your RestrozHQ account at any time. Once we verify your identity and process your request, your account and associated data will be permanently removed from our active systems. This action cannot be undone.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon confirmed deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user account and login credentials.
• Your restaurant profile, including business name, owner details, and branch information.
• Uploaded payout reports, invoices, order summaries, tax reports, and other business documents.
• AI-generated analyses, dashboards, and business reports derived from your uploaded data.
• Marketplace order history, cart data, and saved supplier interactions.
• Staff job postings, applications, and related records.
• Consultancy requests and communication history.
• Subscription and billing preferences tied to your account.

Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may need to retain limited information to comply with Indian legal, tax, and accounting obligations. This may include:

• Transaction and invoice records required under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act and other tax regulations.
• Payment and refund records necessary for financial auditing and dispute resolution.
• Minimal logs required for fraud prevention, security investigations, and legal compliance.
• Any information we are legally obligated to preserve by court order or applicable law.

Where retention is required, we will anonymise or pseudonymise the data wherever possible and restrict access to authorised personnel only.

Payout Reports & Business Information

All uploaded payout reports, Swiggy and Zomato settlement data, business documents, and AI analysis outputs will be deleted as part of the account deletion process, unless we are legally required to retain copies for tax, regulatory, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your RestrozHQ account. Your account will remain active as a free or dormant account until you submit a separate account deletion request. If you wish to remove your account entirely, please use the request button below.
